Ocean Link is a ship agency and chartering house in Alexandria, Egypt. Since 2014 we have fixed product tankers, cleared petroleum and dry-bulk cargoes and run port calls for traders moving fuel, sugar, rice and fertiliser between the Mediterranean, Rotterdam and Asia.

Port agency at Alexandria, Dekheila and other Egyptian ports: pilotage and berth booking, Notice of Readiness, customs and port-authority formalities, crew changes and husbandry. One agent, one daily report, no surprises on the disbursement account.
Supervised loading and discharge, stevedoring for bagged and bulk commodities, hose connection and pumping supervision for liquids, and coordination of the independent inspector whose certificate the freight is computed on.
A licensed import and export office lets us buy, ship and clear commodities on our own account or for principals, which means one counterparty for the goods, the vessel and the paperwork.
Clean petroleum products carried in dedicated tankers, and the dry-bulk commodities our traders ship alongside them.

ICUMSA 45 refined and raw sugar, bagged or in bulk, handled bagged-to-bulk at Alexandria and Dekheila.
Long-grain, parboiled and basmati in 25–50 kg bags or bulk, with fumigation and phytosanitary paperwork arranged at port.
Granular and prilled urea 46% N, bulk or bagged, stowed dry with hatch-sealing supervised.
Granular sulphur in bulk for fertiliser and acid plants, with dust control and cargo-hold washing on discharge.
Registered as a navigation and shipping-agency business in Alexandria in 2014, licensed for cargo handling in 2021 and for import and export in 2026. Same owner, same phone number, same office.
Our head office sits in Smouha, ten minutes from the Alexandria port gate. The Cyprus desk covers Rotterdam and the Mediterranean, and our Singapore fixtures load off Jurong.

At least 14 days before laycan you receive the vessel's name, IMO number, flag, class, year built, P&I club, Q88 and last three cargoes. Two working days to accept or reject.
Our agent tenders Notice of Readiness, supervises hose connection and pumping, and returns the ullage report and B/L the same day.
Daily position reports to any safe port worldwide. Laytime, demurrage and the freight statement are settled on the charter's terms, in writing.
